What is your consulting rate?
All projects are different, most often clients wish to have a cap on project costs. With a well-defined project the work often “a not to exceed” amount is quoted. Other work may be billed on a monthly basis with the rate depending on the scale of the project. Consulting rate per hour or day.
Does Lake Innovation own or seek patents?
Clients own all the intellectual property of the work on their projects. Aside from project work we purposely do not engage in independent IP development to avoid any inadvertent or perceived or potential conflicts of interest.
Is all of your consulting work only in the US?
We have consulted and conducted training in several countries depending on client needs.
